- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Boran is an excellent doctor. My rating is more so the rest of his staff. We had an emergency over the weekend and needed to get in first thing Monday, as again, it was an emergency. Upon calling, I spoke with the receptionist, who clearly didn't care if half of my leg would have been facing the wrong way and disjointed, she would not do anything to let me have an emergency appointment. She was horribly rude to me, telling me the first time she could possibly do anything for me would be Wednesday. Wednesday? Really? When the rest of my family has gone to Dr. Boran and has been granted emergency appointments. Lack of professionalism with this particular receptionist, I believe she should be fired for the way she handled the call. But other than that, Dr. Boran is the doctor you want for orthopedic surgery...just try to avoid his horrible receptionist if you can.October 04, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Used Dr. Borans Service for an occupational Injury and in my 10 years of working with orthopedic doctors he has been the most unprofessional , disrespectful and condescending Ortho , I have ever worked with.
